You sign once in the fall, pay one flat rate, and your driveway is covered from November 1 to March 31. There is nothing to schedule and nobody to call when it snows. The contract runs itself.
Whenever 5 cm or more falls, service is automatic. Overnight snow is cleared before 7am, daytime snow is cleared the same day, and after every visit a time-stamped before and after photo is texted to your phone. You always know the work was done, even when you are at the office or out of town.
North Ajax Snow Removal is owner-operated, and winter 2026-27 is our founding season. That means no dispatcher and no rotating crews: the same person who quotes your driveway is the one clearing it at 5am.

Is a Seasonal Contract Actually Worth It?
Ajax typically sees roughly 105-120 cm of snow per winter, spread across about 15-25 plowable events. One-time clearing costs $50 for a single driveway and $80 for a double, so the math is easy to check.

Why Is the Route Capped at 30-35 Driveways?
Because a 7am guarantee is only honest if the route can physically be finished by 7am. One operator with a commercial machine can clear 30-35 driveways in a tight loop before dawn. A route of 60 scattered driveways cannot be finished that fast by one person, so we do not sell one.
That is why service is limited to North Ajax only: Nottingham, Applecroft, Salem Heights, Audley North, and the Middlecote and Taunton area, in the L1T and northern L1Z postal codes.
